Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers. Refunds are available within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
A 2% payment gateway fee and a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount before issuing a refund.
No refunds will be provided for purchases made directly from Pixalink (https://pixalink.techuptechnologies.in) or through any affiliate link after 2 hours of purchase under any circumstances.
To process your refund, a valid proof of purchase or payment receipt is required.
Cancellations and refunds are only applicable if requested within 2 hours of purchase and the course or digital content has not been accessed or viewed.
Once the course or content has been accessed, refunds will no longer be applicable.
You must provide a valid reason for cancellation and submit your refund request using your registered email address.
Once your refund request is received and verified, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
